The Detroit Bar Association will offer the Civil Division Bench Bar Conference on Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., providing an update on jury trials from Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Patricia Fresard.
Fresard will discuss “Resuming Jury Trials and Alternatives to Jury Trials,” as well as “Making the Most of Your Zoom Settlement Conference.”
A Q&A section will follow. The program will be moderated by Leif K. Anderson.
The cost for DBA members is $10, while non-members will be charged $15.
