The Black Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (BWLAM ) is again partying with a purpose with its Virtual Cocktail Sip on Thursday, Dec. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The online event will feature DJ WAXTAX-N-DRE, comedian Nortrice Banner, jazz artist Randy Scott.
BWLAM is raising money for Christmas gifts for children in foster care and continuous learning scholarships.
Cost for the virtual event is $35.
