ABA Business Law Section publishes 3rd edition of 'Emerging Companies Guide'

The American Bar Association Business Law Section has released the third edition of the “Emerging Companies Guide: A Resource for Professionals and Entrepreneurs.” This guide is a comprehensive, accessible resource of key legal and business aspects of forming, organizing, operating and developing emerging/growth-oriented businesses. Leading experts provide guidance through each step of the process for those interested in forming a new company, as well as those advising them.
