Panelists offer techniques to enhance an ADR practice

The State Bar of Michigan's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section will present "My Favorite Things: Time Tested Techniques to Enhance Your ADR Practice" on Tuesday, April 6 from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Attendees will be able to sharpen their mediation skills, enhance their array of techniques, and freshen up their practice. Topics to be covered include:

  • Process design to get off on the right foot
  • Early stage techniques
  • Mid-stage techniques
  • Late stage techniques
  • Best practices for Zoom

The panel will feature Earlene Baggett-Hayes, Michael Leib, Ed Pappas, and Rande Sotomayor; along with moderator Sheldon J. Stark, mediator and arbitrator.
Cost for the program is $10 for ADR section members, $40 for non-members, and $10 for law students.
