NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following Special Use Permits for:
1. Lakeshore Aquascape landscaping business at 950 E. Sternberg Road
2. 3rd Coast Building LLC for storage units at 1285 E. Pontaluna Road
3. Westwind Construction for a manufactured home community at 1217, 1283 and 1311 E. Ellis Road
4. Muskegon County for Dune Harbor Park Phase I at 2400 Winnetaska Road
