NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Zone change from General Industrial to Recreational at 1160 Judson Road.
2. Zone change from C2 General Retail to General Industrial at 1180 Devin Drive.
3. Special Use Permit to operate a day care center at 1308 Clayton Avenue.
4. Special Use Permit to construct a home in a Planned Unit Residential Development at 780 Judson Road.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of June 15, 2021, adopted the following amendments:
Ordinance #819 – Chap 24, Article II, Sec. 29, allowing non-profit organizations to consume alcoholic liquors in the beach area of Ross Park during a fundraiser.
Ordinance #820 – Chap 2, Article III, Div. 2, Sec. 80 placing the Building Division under the Administrative Services Department and Sec. 84 removing the Building Division from the Fire Department.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
