NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Roosevelt Park
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park Planning Commission on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Roosevelt Park City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a Special Land Use request for a “restaurant including drive through facility” located at 1401 W. Sherman Blvd., Muskegon MI 49441.
The Purpose of the second public hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a Special Land Use request for a day care located at 1113 Sherwood Rd., Muskegon, MI 49441.
Any questions pertaining to these requests should be directed to the City Clerk at (231) 755-3721. The applications may be reviewed at City Hall and written comments may be received until July 26th, 2021 at 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.
ADA Policy: The City will provide necessary appropriate auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities who want to attend the meeting upon forty-eight (48) hour notice to the Treasurer/Interim City Clerk, City of Roosevelt Park, 900 Oak Ridge Road, (231) 755-3721.
