NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Roosevelt Park
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park on Monday September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Roosevelt Park City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a revision to our Zoning Ordinance to allow and regulate marijuana secure transportation, regulate marijuana caregivers as home occupations, and explicitly prohibit marijuana grow operations, processing, safety compliance, and retail throughout the City.
Public comments, either oral or written, are welcome at the Public Hearing. Persons needing auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Roosevelt Park Offices during regular working hours Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION
Please take notice that on August 16, 2021, the City Council of the City of Roosevelt Park adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 30, Article II, Section 30-53 of the City of Roosevelt Park Code of Ordinances concerning Traffic and Vehicles, summarized as follows:
1. Section 30-53. Is amended to change fines for parking violations.
Copies of the ordinance may be viewed and purchased at reasonable cost at the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, Michigan, during regular business hours.
This ordinance amendment is effective ten (10) days from the date of this publication.

CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of August 17, 2021, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #823 – An amendment to section IV of Chapter 8 updating the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Muskegon County.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
