REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City of Norton Shores is seeking sealed bids for the following project:
• Construction of approximately 1,100 linear feet of concrete sidewalk on Grand Haven Road between Airport Road and Seaway Drive
Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 10:00 a.m., on September 17, 2021. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Progressive AE, on behalf of Wheeler Development Group, is requesting a Site Plan Review for a senior living facility at 2649, 2651, & 2689 Vulcan Street.
2. Craig Pirrotta is requesting a preliminary plat review for Meadow View Estates at 6059 Grand Haven Road.
3. Paradigm Design, on behalf of TRK Land Holdings LLC, is requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a senior living facility at 6025 S. Harvey Street.
