NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of September 7, 2021, adopted the following amendments:

Ordinance #824 – Rezone property at 1180 Devin Drive from C-2 General Retail to General Industrial (GI).

Ordinance #825 – Rezone property at 5417 Grand Haven Road from Planned Unit Residential Development (PURD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).

The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
