NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. CAPCO LLC. is requesting a Special Use Permit and site plan approval for 10 site condos at 6059 Grand Haven Road.
2. Callen Engineering, on behalf of Equipment Share, is requesting a zone change from C-2 General Retail to Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 3455 Tanglewood.

CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of September 21, 2021, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #825 – An amendment to section IV of Chapter 8 updating the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Muskegon County.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
