Yon named as an ‘Unsung Hero’
Jessica L. Yon, creative marketing and content manager for Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been named among Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Unsung Heroes” for 2021.
Yon manages creative marketing and communications, writing, designing, managing projects and governing vendor relationships related to the firm’s identity and brand. She oversees client communications and works with the marketing team to initiate, create and implement a variety of print and digital marketing materials across multiple platforms.
Yon has a bachelor’s degree from Hope College and a certification in content strategy and copywriting from the University of Washington.
She and her husband, Seth, reside in Ada with their three children.
Almassian to join American College of Bankruptcy as Fellow
The American College of Bankruptcy has invited A. Todd Almassian to become a Fellow. This honorary association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals plays an important role in maintaining excellence in the industry.
Candidates are thoroughly vetted, and the invitation to join is based on the candidates’ proven records of the highest standards of professionalism and service to bankruptcy education, profession, and their communities. Criteria include a minimum of 15 years of practice, high standards of ethics, character, integrity, expertise and leadership contributions to the enhancement of bankruptcy and insolvency law and practice, evidence of teaching, lecturing and/or writing, community service and the commitment to elevate knowledge and understanding of the profession and respect for the practice.
Almassian will be inducted as a Fellow in the 33rd Class of the American College of Bankruptcy on April 1, 2022, at the Denver Art Museum, Denver, Colo.
