NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Moore & Bruggink, on behalf of Westwind Construction LLC, is requesting site plan approval for an industrial building at
7200 Grand Haven Road.
2. Muskegon Associates LLC is requesting a Special Use Permit and site plan approval for retail center renovations and the addition of
a drive-thru at 3530 Henry Street.
