Ben Dilley joins Foster Swift

Attorney Benjamin C. Dilley has joined Foster Swift Collins & Smith’s litigation practice group. He will practice from the Grand Rapids office, focusing his practice in civil litigation, as well as commercial, employment and energy law.

Dilley is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Michigan Association for Justice. 

He graduated cum laude with his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. While attending law school, he clerked for Kent County Circuit Court Judges Christopher Yates and James Redford, now a judge for the 3rd District of the Michigan Court of Appeals.  

Dilley is an avid marathon runner and triathlete. In 2006, he was a participant in Outward Bound, an outdoor leadership program in Patagonia, Chile involving backpacking, mountaineering and sea kayaking for 54 days.  

He was named to Grand Rapids Magazine, Top Lawyers, 2019-2021  Michigan Super Lawyers, "Rising Star", 2019-2021. 

Michigan Nonprofit Association welcomes Kelley Kuhn as CEO?and president  

The Michigan Nonprofit Association (MNA) on Dec. 1 announced its decision to hire Michigan native Kelley Kuhn as president and CEO, effective Jan. 1. 

Kuhn, who previously served as MNA Vice President, succeeded outgoing MNA executive Donna Murray-Brown, whose departure was prompted by a spousal job change that took her family out of state. 

Kuhn has been with MNA since 2008. 

Previously, she served as executive director of the Jackson Nonprofit Support Center and provided executive-level services to the Jackson County Community Foundation and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce.
