Sinead G. Redmond joins Bodman PLC Ann Arbor office

Attorney Sinéad G. Redmond has joined Bodman PLC as an associate in the Ann Arbor office.

Redmond is a member of Bodman’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents business and individual clients in connection with complex commercial and significant residential real estate transactions and in connection with the management of their real estate portfolios. 

Before joining Bodman as an associate attorney, she participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2020, gaining broad exposure to a variety of clients and areas of practice. 

She also has prior experience as a litigation paralegal with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America where she tracked state-level legislative developments and assisted with the preparation of briefs and motions filed with state and federal courts.

Redmond is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Michigan Rackham School of Graduate Studies. 

Her research interests include judicial politics and state legislative processes. 

As a graduate student she has served as Co-President of the Graduate Association of Political Scientists and as Co-Chair of the Women’s Caucus.

As a law student, Redmond earned several academic honors, including the Craig Spangenberg Oral Advocacy Award and the Equal Justice America Fellowship. She served as a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Judith E. Levy of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and as a Law Clerk and Project Coordinator with the Michigan Poverty Law Program’s Family Law Project. She also served as Co-Chair of the Gender Violence Project, as Co-Chair of Reproductive Rights and Justice, and as a volunteer Student Attorney with the Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic.
