Kleinheksel named to ‘Michigan Go To Lawyers’ in IP
Warner Norcross + Judd partner Chad E. Kleinheksel has been named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Michigan Go To Lawyers in intellectual property law for 2022.
Based in Grand Rapids, Kleinheksel concentrates his practice in intellectual property and patent law, managing patent strategy, portfolio and infringement risk as well as patent enforcement for multiple multinational corporations. He also counsels small and midsized businesses as well as startups.
He is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and chairs the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Kleinheksel earned his undergrad degree, magna cum laude, from Hope College, and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.
Haley E. Clough joins Warner’s Grand Rapids office
Haley E. Clough has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as an associate in the Grand Rapids office.
Clough will focus on estate planning and trust and estate settlement. She brings six years of experience in probate, trusts and estates, corporate law and governance, real estate and litigation, working with businesses, property management companies and individuals on a range of projects from real estate lease and purchase agreements to business formation and buy-sell agreements.
Prior to joining Warner, Clough was an associate with Kotz Sangster Wysocki, P.C. in Grand Rapids.
A member of the State Bar of Michigan, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers. She serves on the board of the Grand Rapids Rental Property Owners Association, regularly presenting on rental, collection and business succession topics.
Clough holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan with honors and a JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was notes and comment editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality.
