Warner’s Management Committee welcomes four new members 

Four partners at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP have been elected to the firm’s Management Committee.

 R. Michael Azzi, Joscelyn Cekola Boucher and Jonathan E. Lauderbach each will serve a three-year term on the 10-member committee, which oversees the firm’s strategic vision and day-to-day operations. Linda Paullin-Hebden will fill the remainder of the term for Mark Wassink, who was elected Warner’s managing partner in January. 

Azzi, who practices in the firm’s Grand Rapids office, concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing a wide range of clients in a diverse array of industries with a particular focus on intellectual property, bankruptcy and creditor rights litigation.  

Boucher serves as the firm’s executive partner in Kalamazoo; Lauderbach serves as the firm’s executive partner in Midland; and Paullin-Hebden practices in the Detroit office.

Foster Swift elects Executive Committee members for 2022

Anne M. Seurynck, based in the Grand Rapids office, will continue as the firm’s president and head of the executive committee. Elected firm president in 2020 and the first woman president elected in the firm’s 120-year history, Seurynck practices municipal and public entity law, library law, and school law services. 

Todd W. Hoppe will continue to serve as the firm’s treasurer and serve as vice president of the Grand Rapids office. 

Joel C. Farrar will continue as secretary and will also serve as co-vice president of the Lansing office; Douglas A. Mielock will serve as co-vice president of the Lansing office; David R. Russell will continue to serve as co-vice president of the Lansing office; and Michael R. Blum will serve as vice president of the Southfield office. 

The other practice group leaders for 2022 are: Business and Tax – Mindi M. Johnson and Nicholas M. Oertel; Employer Services – Brian G. Goodenough; Finance, Real Estate and Bankruptcy – Patricia J. Scott; General and Commercial Litigation – Paul J. Millenbach, and Andrew C. Vredenburg; Municipal and Public Entity – Michael D. Homier; and Trusts & Estates, Warren H. Krueger III.
