Robert K. Gaecke, Jr., formerly a solo practitioner and owner of Robert K. Gaecke, Jr., P.C., was sworn in April 13 as the new judge in the 12th District Court of Jackson County, at a ceremony held in Judge Richard LaFlamme’s courtroom. This partial term will expire at noon on January 1, 2023; if Gaecke wishes to seek a full six-year term, he will be required to run for reelection in November.
