COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on April 20, 2022, the following described road was absolutely abandoned as a county road, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
EVANSTON AVENUE, that part of the Old Grand Rapids Road (now Evanston Avenue) lying between the easterly extended east line of Broadmoor Street, as platted, thence to the west right of way of US-31, Section 28, Township 10 North, Range 16 West, Muskegon Township, Muskegon County, Michigan.

CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Bob Fisher, acting on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Land Division for his property at 373 Seminole Road.
2. Smith Development Inc. is requesting a Special Use Permit for an apartment complex at 815 Judson Road.
3. Smith Development Inc., is requesting site plan approval to construct a 7,600 square foot commercial building with warehousing and office at 7003 Grand Haven Road.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a special meeting Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Kasey Donovan is requesting a Variance to construct a front porch that will be 27.3 feet from the front property line, a deviation of 2.7 feet from the minimum front yard setback in the R-3 zoning district as required by City Ordinance, at 729 Wendover Boulevard.
