CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a meeting Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Kevin Orling, the property owner, is requesting a Variance to construct an accessory structure in the front yard of his home at 760 E. Pontaluna Road. The proposed accessory structure will be at least 75 feet from the centerline of E. Pontaluna Road.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Jason Daniels, the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a marine repair shop at 7384 Grand Haven Road.
2. Eagle Creek Homes, LLC, the purchasing agent, is requesting a Special Use Permit and preliminary site plan approval for 20 condo units at 214 E. Pontaluna Road.
