NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing held by the Norton Shores City Council on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 5:30 pm, in the Community Room, Norton Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road for the purpose of receiving comments regarding:
Alleyway Abandonment – Chris Collins, the owner of 2790 Henry Street, has requested the abandonment of ap-proximately 168 feet of alleyway west of his property at 2790 Henry Street and north of 772-798 W. Broadway Avenue.
Questions pertaining to the above, including request for a full legal description and sketch of the proposed alley-way abandonment and purchase of a City owned parcel, may be addressed to James Murphy, Public Works Di-rector, Norton Shores City Hall, 4814 Henry Street, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, by phone 231-799-6803, or email at jmurphy@nortonshores.org.
The City of Norton Shores will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting, such as signers for the hearing impaired, to individuals with disabilities upon one week notice to the City of Norton Shores. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Norton Shores by writing or calling the City Clerk. If required, please Dial 711 and messages will be relayed to the City of Nor-ton Shores.
