The Oakland County Bar Association Veterans Committee will present its Seventh Annual Golf Outing in support of the Vets Returning Home program, 9 a.m., Monday, Sept. 12 at The Links at Crystal Lake, 800 Golf Drive, Pontiac.
“Last year, the Veterans Committee was able to raise more than $25,000 to address the financial needs of Vets Returning Home as it goes about its mission to serve 44 homeless military veterans at its facility located in Roseville,” said Mike Schloff, vice chair of the Veterans Committee, a Vietnam veteran, and a past OCBA president. “Golfing is open to all – please join us. All proceeds benefit the Vets Returning Home shelter.”
The cost is $125 per player, that includes a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf with a cart, beverages, and an early dinner.
For more information, call Schloff at (248) 505-3499 or e-mail mdschloff@aol.com.
