NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Ken Johnson, the property owner, is requesting a Zone Change from CR-6 Clustered Residential to R-3 Single Family Residential at 3732 Wickham Drive.

2. Abonmarche Milanowski & Englert, representing the property owner, is requesting Site Plan approval for an engineering and materials testing facility at 5612 Grand Haven Road.
