One support group is open to all Michigan attorneys and meets from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. The other group specifically serves law students and meets from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays. Attendees can join any or all the meetings with no obligation for continued participation.
The lawyer group meets via Zoom from Oct. 5 to Nov. 23. The cost is $5 per session, or $30 for all eight weeks, if paid in advance.
The law student group meets via Zoom from Oct. 4 to Nov. 22. There is no cost.
Both support groups offer an opportunity for attendees to connect with their peers and focus on personal wellness. Attendees must be willing to respect confidentiality, participate with an open mind, remain tolerant of others’ views, and explore the importance of well-being.
