NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of eight public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a rescheduled meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. The 2022 update of the City’s Parks & Recreation plan will be open for public comment.

2. A zoning ordinance amendment to allow deer fence, part of Article XII: Fences, will be open for public comment.

3. Kathleen Akalis, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division at 3694 Waalkes Street.

4. SYP Properties LLC, is requesting a zone change from C-2 to General Industrial at 928 E. Broadway Avenue.

5. Jones Investing, LLC, the purchasing party, is requesting a land division at 2858 Continental Street.

6. The Muskegon County Water Resources Commissioner’s office, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division at 3827 Werner Street.

7. Craig Pirrotta is requesting a preliminary site plan approval for a site condo development at 6059 Grand Haven Road.

8. Zetta LLC is requesting a Special Use Permit for a reception venue at 1655 W. Norton Avenue.
