Members of legal community gathered recently to witness the investiture of Macomb County Probate Judge Sara Schimke (center at podium). The ceremony was held Oct. 26 at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts in Clinton Township. Schimke was appointed in March by Gov. Grethen Whitmer to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Kathryn George.
