NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT
PERIOD & PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public comment period to be held by the City of Norton Shores from December 9, 2022 to January 17, 2023 for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the 2022 update of the City’s Parks & Recreation plan. A public hearing will be held at a regu-lar meeting of the Norton Shores City Council on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road.

Questions pertaining to the above may be addressed to Ted Woodcock, Planner, Municipal Build-ing, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., (231) 799-6803 or via email, twoodcock@nortonshores.org. The plan is available to be reviewed at the Norton Shores City Hall at the above address, as well as the City’s website, www.nortonshores.org. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Norton Shores by writing or calling the City Clerk at (231) 798-4391.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular meeting of December 6, 2022, adopted the following amendment:

Ordinance #840 – Rezone property at 928 E. Broadway Avenue from C-2 General Retail to General Industrial (GI).

The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
