NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regard-ing the following requests:
1. 3rd Coast Motors LLC is requesting a Special Use Permit for used car sales and brokerage at 6516 & 6520 Schamber Dr. Suite A.
2. D&T Development Properties LLC is requesting a Special Use Permit for storage of contrac-tor’s materials at 3437 S. Getty St.
