Speaking at the online program will be Mark V. Breaugh, an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory group.
His practice comprises a range of general business and civil litigation matters. Breaugh has experience handling construction litigation, and business issues concerning corporate governance.
Before joining Maddin Hauser, Breaugh was an attorney with a boutique firm handling a range of litigation matters in state and federal court for individuals and corporate clients alike.
