NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular meeting of January 3, 2023, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #841 – Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 48, Article XII Fences, Section 48-1325, “Deer Fencing” permitting deer fencing on private property.
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
