“Women Composers” is set 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, at the Book Nook & Java Shop in Montague.
Writer and educator Elizabeth Morrison will highlight Clara Schuman from the 19th century, Grazyna Bacewicz from the 20th century, and Caroline Shaw, from the 21st century.

WMS Children’s Choir and the Debut & Premier String program set March 26
Join the West Michigan Symphony Children’s Choir and the Debut & Premier String programs for their annual joint concert, 6 p.m., Sunday, March 26, in the Frauenthal Center.
Beth Slimko is music director of the Children’s Choir and Angela Corbin is music director of Debut & Premier Strings.
