Nominating petitions for the 2023 State Bar of Michigan election will be available in the Michigan Bar Journal and posted on the State Bar website.
The June election will include:
• A non-judicial member of the Judicial Tenure Commission
• Representative Assembly members in 38 judicial circuits
• Board of Commissioner seats in four districts
• Members of the Young Lawyers Section Executive Council in three districts
Candidates must submit nominating petitions to the State Bar between April 1, and April 30.
Email completed petitions to csharlow@michbar.org.
All active members of the State Bar will be emailed ballots by June 1.
Ballots must be cast online by 11:59 p.m. on June 15.
