NOTICE OF COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT
MUSKEGON COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on March 15, 2023, the following described right of way was abandoned, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
WOLF LAKE ROAD, that part of Wolf Lake Road (as platted, Lake Avenue) adjacent to Block 17 of the Lake View Park Subdivision, Township 10 North, Range 15 West, Section 17, Egelston Township, Muskegon County, Michigan; From Muskegon Boulevard South to the South line of Lot 17.

CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular meeting of March 7, 2023, adopted the following amendments:
Ordinance #842 – Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 48 to rezone 2109 W. Sherman Blvd from C-2 General Retail to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Ordinance #843 – Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 48 to rezone 2123 W. Sherman Blvd from C-2 General Retail to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
