ACC event zeros in on pro bono programs

The Michigan chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC-MI) recently presented “Making a Difference: Creating or Enhancing Your In-House Pro Bono Programs” sponsored by Miller Canfield. Speaking on establishing and managing an effective and successful in-house pro bono program were (left to right) Heather Betts, expert attorney at DTE Energy; Kimberly Ray, chair of the pro bono committee at Ford Motor Company; Jennifer Lawson, a program manager at the DTE Energy Foundation, the philanthropic arm of DTE Energy; and Wendy Richards, co-chair of Miller Canfield’s election law group and the firm’s Pro Bono Counsel.
