COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on March 15, 2023, the following described right of way was abandoned, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
MEINERT ROAD, (as platted, Blue Lake Avenue, Supervisor’s Plat of NW ¼ of Section 11) west of Nichols Road to the shore of Big Blue Lake, Sections 2 & 11, Town 12 North, Range 16 West, Blue Lake Township, Muskegon Township, Muskegon County, Michigan.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION
Please take notice that on April 17, 2023, the City Council of the City of Roosevelt Park adopted the rezoning of parcel 61-25-164-000-0041-00 (3145 Henry Street) from C-E/Single Family Residential to C-E Henry Commercial East) of the property described as follows: Lots 41-46, inclusive, Cranbrook Addition, as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, Page 62, Muskegon County, State of Michigan.
This rezoning amendment is effective ten (10) days from the date of this publication.

(2) REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
• The City of Roosevelt Park, Michigan hereby invites individuals/contractors interested in providing services to design and install playground equipment at Wells Park located in the City of Roosevelt Park. The City will receive sealed proposals at the City Clerk’s office, 900 Oak Ridge, Roosevelt Park MI. 49441. Please mark the sealed envelope as “WELLS PARK PLAYGROUND REHABILITATION PROJECT BID.”
• The City of Roosevelt Park, Michigan hereby invites contractors interested in providing a sealed bid proposal for the rehabilitation of city owned tennis courts. Please mark the sealed envelope as “2023 COURT REHABILITATION.”
Responding agencies are required to submit one (1) copy of their proposal, which must have original signatures. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the City Hall no later than 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday May 19, 2023. A public bid opening for both RFP’s will be held at 10:00 am on May 19, 2023 in the Council Chambers of City Hall. A complete Request for Proposal document for either RFP may be obtained at:
