In addition to her automotive supply chain practice, Sabbagh frequently counsels and represents employers in various labor and employment disputes, including lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Her litigation experience spans from state, federal, and appellate courts to private arbitration.

Immediately prior to joining Fishman Stewart, MacKenzie was a partner in the intellectual property practice of a national AMLAW 200 firm. The announcement was made by firm Managing Partner Michael Stewart.
MacKenzie has successfully prosecuted and obtained thousands of patent application allowances for clients while advising on trademarks, licensing and copyrights as well as IP strategy, the monetization of IP assets, and litigation, arbitration and mediation for IP matters. MacKenzie has experience in complex mechanical and electromechanical technologies and systems.
In addition to expertise with respect to mechanical systems and processes, MacKenzie has experience-based understanding of intellectual property protection involving catalytic systems and organic and inorganic chemical processes, fuel cell and battery systems and plastics and polymers, including silicone-based systems and adhesives and urethane chemistry. He will be expanding the firm's practice in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, batteries, chemical compositions and processes, along with Fishman Stewart of counsel attorney and chemical engineer Ron Citkowski.
