Real estate attorney Kevin Roragen joins Foster Swift

Kevin J. Roragen has joined the Lansing office of Foster Swift Collins & Smith PC. Roragen represents clients on commercial and real estate litigation and transactional matters, primarily in the areas of commercial development and construction, sales, municipal land use regulation, oil and gas, tax, and other commercial and business matters. 

He represents a broad spectrum of business and commercial interests in litigation matters involving real estate development/construction, contracts, zoning and planning issues, partnership and business disputes, tax matters, and property ownership/title disputes, including oil, gas and mineral rights, and rights of way/easements.

Roragen has more than 25 years of experience representing real estate developers, municipalities, manufacturing companies and other organizations and individuals in various legal matters. In real estate, he represents institutional, business, and individual clients in various complex matters including: property acquisitions, sales and business acquisitions and dispositions; negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various real estate documents, partnership agreements, operating agreements, contractual agreements, and other business agreements; and formation of business entities.

Roragen earned his BA in economics from Michigan State University and graduated magna cum laude from WMU-Cooley Law School.
