NOTICE OF ORDINANCE
AMENDMENT
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
Shores City Council, at a regular scheduling meeting of September 19, 2023, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #847 – An Ordinance to amend Chapter 48 of the Code of Ordinances to rezone 1325 Seminole Road from Special Use District (SUD) to CR-6 Clustered Single Family Residential.
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
