Golfers from macomb county were victorious at the annual Pryder Cup competition, returning the trophy to the county for another year. The Macomb County Probate Bar Association event was held recently at Lochmoor Country Club in Grosse Pointe Woods. Teams of golfers from Macomb County competed against golfers from Wayne County, based upon handicaps using best ball, scramble and alternate shot format — and Macomb beat Wayne five matches to one. Among those enjoying the event were (left to right) Bob Szalka, Wally Sakowski, Mike Colton and Ed Herrgard.
