The Anton Art Center has announced a partnership with Warren's Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA), marking a step towards the creation of a captivating mural that will infuse Warren with a dose of artistry and culture.
“I'm very excited to get this project off the ground, and eager to see how it launches our public art pilot initiative. The location of the mural is right at the ‘entrance’ of the TIFA District and will serve as a welcoming splash of color to Warren residents and all those who come through our City.”

All proposals must be submitted electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system before November 1 at 12:30pm.
