Barnes &?Thornburg announces three new local partners
Barnes & Thornburg has elected 28 new partners who span several practice areas and geographic locations throughout the firm’s national footprint, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Three new local partners are: Jeff Davis, litigation; David A. Hall, corporate; and Aaron D. Lindstrom, litigation.
Davis focuses his practice on a variety of matters affecting tribes in Michigan and nationwide, including treaty rights, taxation, gaming, and economic development.
He has been involved in numerous federal trials and has briefed and argued a multitude of cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Hall has vast experience successfully guiding business leaders through difficult negotiations in complex transactions, in and out of court while managing business and legal risk. He assists clients in structuring, negotiating, and documenting credit facilities for borrowers and lenders, and developing and implementing strategies to improve business operations, monetize assets, and restructure debt.
Lindstrom has successfully represented a wide range of clients—states, countries, Fortune 100 companies, law firms, and individuals—in cases of great significance, spanning numerous areas of law, including administrative, constitutional, contract, criminal, environmental, and tax.
