Sworn In

John Fleming is sworn in, with his mother Anne D. Fleming, and his sponsor and brother, Clark Hill attorney James J. (Jay) Fleming.

Jackson County Assistant Prosecutor John Fleming, who clerked for Judge Richard LaFlamme in 2021, was sworn in on Nov. 22. A graduate of Albion College, he interned at the prosecutor’s office in 2020 during undegrad and was hired as an assistant prosecutor after graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law in May of this year.
