The Macomb County Probate Bar Association (MCPBA) recently presented a seminar to bring members up-to-date on changes in guardianship law. The speaker at the event at the Clinton Macomb Main Library in Clinton Township was Lisa Lepine, executive direcor of the Arc of Macomb County, Inc. Lepine is pictured with (from left): Alan Polack, Ryan Reck and Dave Forest, MCPBA directors; Keith Cermak, treasurer; Eugene Hamlin, director and Benjamin Schock, MCPBA president. Lepine practiced in trusts and estates and specialized in special needs trusts for protected individuals before leading The Arc. She established the Shared Parenting Program with Community Mental Health in Macomb County and continues as the president of the Provider Alliance in Macomb County.
