Macomb County Assistant Prosecutor Retires After Over 30 Years of Service

Macomb County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Beth Naftaly Kirshner is retiring from the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office in January after more than three decades of service.

Naftaly has been an assistant prosecuting attorney since 1993 and has served in the various courts, the appellate division, and the Family Support Division during her tenure in the office.

She has overseen the Family Support Division for over 10 years. She also served on various Boards and Committees for the Office of Child Support advocating for prosecuting attorneys who help families by establishing paternity and initial child support orders.

Kirshner said she will be joining the law enforcement faculty of Macomb Community College.
