NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Bill Carlston, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division at 4677 Martin Road.
2. Russell Christensen, the property owner, is requesting a land division at 4788 Grand Haven Road.
3. Russell Christensen, the property owner, is requesting a zone change from C-2 to R-2 for a portion of the property at 4788 Grand Haven Road.
