The State Appellate Defender Office and the Criminal Defense Resource Center along with West Michigan Regional Investigators Association will present the webinar “Testifying for Investigators” on Thursday, May 2, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
At this training, attendees will learn about preparing to testify; the difference between being an advocate and a witness; communicating with attorney(s); dealing with cross examination; and the most important matter when testifying.
