CITY OF NORTON SHORES


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Terry Bush, the property owner, is requesting a Variance to place a shed in the front yard setback at 178 W Byron Rd.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Gary Smith is requesting a land division at 3125 Stratford St. & 1520 Sunbury Ave.

2. Nelson Family Enterprises is requesting a Special Use Permit for a warehouse at 5078 Robert Hunter Dr.

3. Kasi & David Scheibner are requesting a Special Use Permit for a single-family home with R-4 dimensional requirements in an R-5 zoning district at 934 W. Mt. Garfield Rd.

4. Kasi & David Scheibner are requesting a land division at 934 W. Mt. Garfield Rd.

5. Emerald City LLC, the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a multi-tenant commercial development at 6250 Grand Haven Rd.

6. Exxel Engineering, on behalf of the property owner Maranatha, is requesting a Special Use Permit for renovation of the tabernacle and new bookstore/coffee shop at 4759 Lake Harbor Rd.
