NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Leanne Wood is requesting a zone change from C-3 to PUD at 1252 E. Ellis Road
2. Bob McFarland is requesting a Special Use Permit for a construction shop at 7384 Grand Haven Road
