Two individuals arraigned in connection with Warren carjacking

A 20-year-old man and a 15-year-old juvenile have been arraigned in Warren District Court on charges stemming from a carjacking last month.

It is alleged that on May 31,  Larry Moses, Jr. and a male juvenile went to a residence where a four-wheeler was being sold.

One of the defendants pulled a gun and pointed it at the seller, according to the prosecutor’s office.

The two defendants then fled the area on the four-wheeler. Authorities say the owner of the four-wheeler got in his truck and followed the two defendants. The seller was shot at multiple times by the defendants as they fled the area.

Charges against the two include carjacking and assault with intent to murder.

They were arraigned Monday in Warren District Court by Judge Steve Bieda who set bond at $1 million dollars.
