MiFILE adds 13 more district and probate courts

MiFILE is adding 13 more district and probate courts to the statewide e-filing system this month, the State Court Administrators Office recently announced.

MiFILE allows attorneys to file documents with courts electronically, which makes it easier to access to courts, provides more flexibility, and increases court efficiency.

These courts are scheduled to adopt MiFILE this month:

22nd District Court – Wayne
35th District Court – Wayne
64a District Court – Ionia
73b District Court – Huron
97-2 District Court – Houghton
97-3 District Court – Keweenaw

Luce Probate
Mackinac Probate
Houghton Probate
3a District Court – Branch
38th District Court – Macomb
44th District Court – Oakland
88-2 District Court – Montmorency
